Hi! I’m Mike Harms.

I’m a gym owner, personal trainer, and fitness columnist.

I offer 1:1 personal training and small-group classes in a private gym that I designed and built in Edmonds, Washington.

Fitness changes lives. I’ve seen it and I’ve experienced it. I love being part of my clients’ journey to stronger, healthier, and happier selves.
