Muscle & Hustle – Small group classes in a fun and supportive atmosphere

Muscle & Hustle is a 30-minute circuit workout that builds stronger, more powerful muscles and a healthier heart. “Muscle” exercises strengthen upper body, lower body and core using body weight and gym equipment. “Hustle” exercises boost aerobic capacity with a variety of challenges that keep you moving.

First class is free. So chose a class time to come try it out!

Days and times:

  • Monday: Noon - 12:30; 12:45 - 1:15
  • Tuesday: Noon - 12:30; 12:45 - 1:15
  • Wednesday: 12:45 - 1:15
  • Thursday: Noon - 12:30; 12:45 - 1:15
  • Friday: Noon - 12:30; 12:45 - 1:15
  • Sunday: 10 AM – 11 AM

Please note: Sunday class starts at 8 AM instead of 10 AM on the second Sunday of each month.

1:1 Training – Exceed your personal fitness goals

Personal training with a certified instructor specifically addresses your body and your goals. The 1:1 training process starts with a detailed fitness assessment. Then, you’ll receive a program that’s tailored to you, along with the expertise to help you stay accountable and on track.
